When I left my other dermatologist for unprofessionalism, I went on a search for a new one. After reading the numerous positive reviews about Dr. Elle Ernst, I knew I needed to try her. I was not disappointed. I was extremely happy with my whole experience upon walking into the office. The front desk staff were so very friendly and helped create a comfortable environment. Then Dr. Elle's assistants were easy to talk to because of their kind and professional demeanor. The "cherry on top" was my visits with Dr. Elle. First and foremost, she listened attentively, answered all of my questions, and acknowledged any of my concerns. I was immediately put at ease. I felt heard and I knew she had my best interest in mind. She is a true professional and caring doctor. I have seen her 3 times now and my experience with the whole clinic has been consistently positive. I am so thankful to the others who put up reviews as I would have not found Dr. Elle Ernst and The Clinic for Dermatology & Wellness.

Great friendly experience by The entire staff and Dr Wright was patient, knowledgeable, and made a not so fun diagnosis way more tolerable. Would recommend them to my family and friends.

Already biased as my wife is seen here, I witnessed the full service, care, thoughtfulness and education given to a patient with full list of options and their outcomes ! I called to schedule a “full meal deal” of Dr. Mead to look me over head to toes… and a couple of “spots” on my face (jawline). First I was offered a time slot about 5 weeks out. Also added to their “waitlist” , three days later they had a cancellation and I was offered a new time slot just two weeks out. I took it. The next morning I was offered a 2:30pm the very next day ! Now that is service with a smile !!! I took it. Arrived early with ID and new insurance card, girl at front desk does an excellent job of extreme multitasking (phone, computer, patient leaving to schedule and pay, one at the counter arriving and still with a smile) I just sat down in one of their comfy chairs and waited for the dust to settle let her catch her breath! She thanked me and handed out all the new patient paperwork required. Just a few minutes later I was called back to start the appointment. After initial questions entered into a iPad by assistant the Dr. came in and explained very clearly what was going happen in the next few minutes (she looked over my scalp, neck and face), explained next would be full body skin review and gave me time to undress and leave underwear on, put on the gown, they both came back in to room. Standing up and Dr goes 100% over all skin to identify any “spots” of concern and marks them with a pen if of concern. Goes back to all areas of concern after full review and tells me about ,what ,if anything needs to be done. All areas of my body were cleared, only 3 issues (all on my face) one of three was very simple fix and two had biopsies (numbing shot and a small piece removed- painless) I am now at home next day (zero pain) just waiting to hear back from lab results. Scheduling was done for a one year from now appointment . Excellent care, tons of information and not overwhelming
