First time patient. They addressed my concerns but it is a busy clinic and the doctor rushed through my appointment so fast I felt that he was pushing me out the door before I even spoke my concerns. So the bedside manner was lacking but competency was there

The only thing is that I wish the doctor would spend more time looking at my skin, she rushes through the exam and I’ve had skin cancer in the past, otherwise I like this office

The Dr did a good skin check and talked about sun protection and asked what my concerns were. The billing dept also listened to me and I felt heard.
